With thorough assessments, I treat pain with compassion; Integrating evidence, experience, and tailored modalities. I provide holistic care influenced by osteopathic principles.

My Passion

As a child, I experienced the benefits of manual therapy after a fall caused severe migraines. It sparked a dream to help others with chronic pain.

A car accident in my early 20s, ended my psychology studies and incapacitated me for almost two years, but reminded me of my childhood aspirations. Physiotherapy and massage played a critical role in my rehabilitation, and I regained my ability to function, along with my desire to help alleviate pain.

I studied and practiced massage for several years before training as an RMT. Studying with enthusiasm and excelling academically, my interest in the field rapidly grew to become my passion and purpose.

Science, evidence-based practice, and an awareness that pain is complex and emotionally charged drive me. I strive to treat pain and injury understanding that the body is an integrated unit, with a dash of intuition and comprehensive testing.

Who am I?

My world revolves around my family. We’re all about hiking and deep conversations into philosophy and life. With some family time geeking out to board and video games. Staying active has always been a priority in my life, I understand how frustrating it can be to lose the ability to do the things you enjoy. I’ve been practicing various martial arts, and swordsmanship since I was a child, and they have taught me the importance of discipline and focus in achieving our goals.

Let’s chat about what motivates you to prioritize your health and well-being. Your pain-free life matters to me, and I am excited to collaborate with you to achieve your health goals.

Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Motivation

My motivation as an RMT is rooted in personal experience. It was brought to life when a loved one endured a serious accident. It was the dedicated work of an RMT and physiotherapist that brought back their quality of life leaving a lasting impression on my entire family. Inspired, I decided to pursue this rewarding career myself. Completing my studies at VCC only served to deepen my passion and solidify my purpose.
